LegendArt 2016 in three Croatian Counties

Again this year we present the best works of primary school students on the topic of legends, myths and folktales of their county.

As schools are increasingly showing more interest in creative expression and the revival of the rich intangible heritage of their region, we are pleased to announce with great joy the new exhibition of children’s drawings on the theme of folktales, myths and legends which will be held this year at LegendFest in three Croatian counties: Zagreb, Istria and Šibenik-Knin.

At LegendFest 2016 in town of Lukavec, we are again exhibiting the best works of primary school students of the Zagreb County and the city of Zagreb on the current theme of this year’s festival – dragons and other mythical creatures.

The best works of students of Šibenik-Knin County on the topic of fairies and other mythical creatures from folktales of this region are being exhibited for the first time at LegendFest in National Park Krka.

At our well known, traditional LegendFest 2016 in town of Pićan, we are exhibiting the best works of students of Istria on the topic of vampires as well as bats, caves, etc.
